Intel (04-Apr-2011)
Intel compilers are no longer available due to cost and lack of interest. Unless a significant number of research groups express an interest in having Intel compilers available, license costs will need to be covered by the person(s) interested.
MPI Libraries
The following MPI libraries/utilities are available on HPRC servers:
OpenMPI
MPICH2
HPRC staff are not aware of any MPI software developers at JCU. These MPI libraries are available for 3rd party software with MPI capabilities - e.g., MrBayes.
