Resolved: Printing Services, Townsville and Cairns Campuses

Restored: January 3, 1:00pm AEST

STATUS: Unplanned Outage

Description: Users received an error indicating there were no funds on their account when trying to print. This issue has now been resolved.

What do I need to do? 
If you are experiencing any issues with printing, please restart your computer.  If you are still experiencing issues printing after this, then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
