STATUS: Unplanned Outage

Description: Users receive an error indicating there are no funds on their account when trying to print.

What do I need to do? Include workaround (If applicable) here. Indicate what time the next update will be posted. Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates. Once the service is restored then Please contact the IT Help Desk  at start of next business day, if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
