Resolved: Cairns Share Drives



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students on the Cairns campus

Service Affected:  Cairns Share Drives

When: 22nd December 2016 – 8:30pm AEST

Restored: 22nd December 2016 – 9:30pm AEST

STATUS: Planned Outage

 

Description: The maintenance on the Cairns Share Drives (cns-shares.ad.jcu.edu.au) has now been completed. Service was restored at approximately 9:30pm AEST on the 22nd December 2016. Cairns Share Drives are now available for use.

 

What do I need to do?  If you are experiencing any issues with the Cairns Share Drives, please completely shut down your computer and restart.  If you are still experiencing issues connecting to share drives after this, then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
