Resolved: JCU Corporate File Shares migration

Who is Affected: JCU Staff who use JCU Corporate File Shares

When: 16th December 2016 – 6:00pm AEST

Restored: 18th December 2016 – 8:00pm AEST

STATUS: Planned Outage


Description: As of 18th December, ICT has relocated the JCU Corporate File Shares to a new storage system. JCU File Shares are now available for use.


What do I need to do?  If you are experiencing any issues with JCU Corporate File Shares after the maintenance period has ended, please completely shut down your computer and restart.  If you are still experiencing issues connecting to file shares after this, then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
