Planned Outage: InPlace Placement Management System



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students, All Campuses
Service Affected:  InPlace Placement Management System
When: 9th December 2016 – 2:00PM (AEST)
ETA: All services expected to be restored 9th December 2016 - 5:00PM (AEST)

STATUS: Planned Outage

Description:  On 9th Dec, the InPlace Student Placement Management System is being upgraded. While this upgrade occurs, the system may be unavailable for a short period between 2:00PM AEST and 4:00PM AEST.

What do I need to do? The upgraded system will be available from 5:00PM (AEST). If you continue to experience issues beyond this time, please contact the IT Help Desk  at start of next business day.
