Planned Outage: InPlace upgrade

Who is Affected: All Staff and Students who use the InPlace System
Service Affected:  InPlace Placement Management System
When: Monday 5th December 2016 - 7:00am AEST
ETA: Friday 9th December 2016 - 5:00pm AEST

Status: Planned Outage

Description: The InPlace system will be read-only for the period of 5th December 2016 - 7:00am AEST through to approximately 9th December 2016 - 5:00pm AEST. During this time, students and staff will be able to view but not make changes to data in InPlace.

What do I need to do?  Some students will have been advised of other arrangements by placement coordination staff. Please follow any instructions provided by your placement coordination staff and direct any enquiries to them. Contact the IT Help Desk if you are experiencing any issues with InPlace 5:00pm AEST Friday the 9th December.
