Unplanned Outage: Videoconference calls

When: 4th November 2016 – 4:00pm AEST

STATUS: Unplanned Outage

Description: At 4:00pm on the 4th November a failure of the Townsville ISDN/telephone Gateway resulted in phone calls, to and from video conference rooms, not being connected. The Tandberg Management Suite (TMS) no longer supports the Tandberg Gateways due to their age, hence this service will be subject to further disruptions until further notice.

What do I need to do?  ICT apologises for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and in the event of calls of this type no longer being connected please notify technical staff of Videoconferencing and Audio Visual Services immediately on 47814643 (Townsville) or 42321700 (Cairns).
