Restored: All Central ICT Services

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  All Central ICT Services
When: 1st November 2016 – 3:15pm AEST
ETA: 2nd November 2016 – 9:10am AEST

STATUS: Restored

Description: At 3:15pm 1st November a failure in storage infrastructure led to service outages in multiple central ICT systems.  As of 9:10am 2nd November all services are believed to have been restored.

What do I need to do?  ICT apologises for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and if you are still experiencing problems please contact theIT Help Desk  for further assistance.
