STATUS: Resolved - Unplanned Outage

Description: As of 3:20pm 19th October, 2016, the intermittent issues experienced by Corporate Services, (JCU secure web pages: Staff Online, Students Online, eAcademic and the Accommodation database) have been resolved. 
ICT apologises for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Please contact the IT Help Desk  at start of next business day, if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
