Resolved: Cognos - Business Intelligence



Who is Affected: All JCU staff
Service Affected:  COGNOS – Business Intelligence
When: 30th  August 2016 – 8:30am AEST
ETA: 30th  August 2016 – 9:25am AEST

STATUS: Restored

Description: As of 8:30am 30th August, ICT staff became aware of an issue affecting Cognos - Business Intelligence.  The cause has been identified and the issue rectified.

What do I need to do?  Please contact the IT Help Desk , if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
