STATUS: Resolved

Description:  eStudent, TRIM and staff and student printing are back online as of 24th  August, 4:48 pm.  JCU ICT staff have identified and resolved the issue and services are working as per normal.

What do I need to do? 
Please contact the IT Help Desk  at start of next business day, if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.  ICT apologises for any inconvenience.
