Restored: COGNOS Reporting

Who is Affected: All JCU staff using COGNOS
Service Affected:  COGNOS Reporting
When: 23rd August 2016 – 9:00am AEST
ETA: 23rd August 2016 – 10:30am AEST

STATUS: Restored

Description: COGNOS reporting was unavailable, staff attempting to log in to the web site received an error between 9am and 10:30am, 23rd August, 2016.  The issue was rectified by JCU staff and COGNOS is now working as expected.

What do I need to do?
