STATUS: Unplanned Planned Short Notice Outage

shares.ad.jcu.edu.au is down. Share drive access will be unavailable until the issue is resolved.

What do I need to do? 
Monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates. Indicate what time the next update will be posted. Once the service is restored then advise clients to contact the IT Help Desk if they require further assistance.
