Resolved: Network Outage Cairns A2 - 2nd Floor

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students - 2nd Floor, Building A2, Cairns Campus
Service Affected:  Network Services
When: Saturday 6th August - 9:30am AEST
ETA: Monday 8th August – 9:00am AEST

STATUS: Restored

Description: On Saturday 6th August around 9:30am power to the Data Rooms on the 2nd Floor of the A2 building in Cairns was disrupted, resulting in network and phone services being unavailable. The Estate Office restored power Monday morning and network services were restored around 9am.  All services are now working normally.

What do I need to do? Please contact the IT Help Desk , if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.  ICT Apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused.
