Unplanned Outage: Printing & Photocopying services, Townsville Campus

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students, Townsville Campus
Service Affected:  Printing & Photocopying services
When: 9th June 2016 – 12:30pm AEST

STATUS: Unplanned Outage

Description: As of 12:30pm 9th June, 2016, Staff and Students are unable to login to printers via swipe card or by entering account details.  At this time, students are unable to release print jobs and both staff and students are unable to scan to email or photocopy.  Staff are still able to print directly to printers.   ICT staff are working on the problem.

What do I need to do?  Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.  ICT apologises for any inconvenience.
