Restored: LearnJCU Access



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  Learn JCU Access
When: 25th May 2016 – 8:35am AEST
ETA: 25th May 2016 – 9:00am AEST

STATUS: Restored

Description: At 8:35am 25th May 2016, Learn JCU experienced an unplanned outage preventing clients from logging into the system.  JCU ICT staff have resolved the issue and as of 9:00am Learn JCU is functioning normally.

What do I need to do?  Please contact the IT Help Desk , if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
