Short Notice Outage: Email from JCU Corporate Systems

ETA: 25th May 2016 – 8:30pm AEST

STATUS: Short Notice Outage

Description: Work being carried out on hostrelay.jcu.edu.au and newlist.jcu.edu.au will require an outage on Wednesday May 25th, 2016 between 8pm and 8:30pm.  This outage will affect all email sent by any on-premise JCU Corporate System, this includes, but is not limited to:

·         Finance

·         Student Management Systems

·         eStudent

·         Starrez

·         Scan to Email from JCU MFD’s

·         Email sent from within JCU web applications

·         HR Notifications

·         Timetable Booking Confirmations

·         Research Online Notifications

What do I need to do?   Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates and contact the IT Help Desk  at start of next business day, if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
