Issue with Staff and Student access to commonly accessed services and applications has been resolved

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students

Service AffectedNumerous commonly used services and applications
When:Event commenced at approx. 2:30pm Thursday 21/4/16
STATUS:This event has been resolved access to all services and applications has been restored as at 6:45pm

DescriptionJCU was experiencing a security related issue which is denying service to numerous commonly used services and applications.  This issue has now been resolved and all services and applications are now available. 

ICT staff thank you for your patience during this interruption to IT services.

What do I need to do?  Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates. Once the service is restored then Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
