Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students with a Telstra mobile device
Service Affected:  Telstra Mobile Services
When: 9th February, 2016 - 1:00pm AEST

Status: Unplanned Outage

Description: : As at the 9th February 2016 - 1:00pm AEST, we have been advised of a nationwide Telstra Mobile Network failure. This will affect the JCU fleet of mobile devices and any personal Telstra mobile plans.

What do I need to do? Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
