Unplanned Outage: Desktop computers, Laptops, Printers, Building management and Wireless Services - Townsville City Campus



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students - Townsville City Campus
Service Affected:  Desktop computers, Laptops, Printers, Building management and Wireless Services
When: 1st - 2nd  February 2016 – 1:30pm AEST
ETA: 2nd February 2016 – 6:00pm AEST

Description: Due to a power disruption Monday 1st February, the Townsville City Campus is being impacted by a connectivity issue, affecting desktop computers, laptops, printers and Wireless Services.  ICT are working with Colleges and the Services Divisions to restore service. At present the expected restoration date and time is 2nd February 2016 – 6:00pm AEST

What do I need to do?  Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates and event schedule changes.
