Resolved: Shared Drives



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  Shared Drive Access
When: 31st January, 2016 – 7:00pm AEST
ETA: 1st February, 2016 – 11:24am AEST

Description: Shared drives (\\shares.ad.jcu.edu) have been inaccessible since Sunday 31st January, 2016 approximately 7pm (AEST).  ICT staff are working to identify and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

UPDATE – 1st February 2016, 11:34am
Shared Drive access has now been restored and is working normally.

What do I need to do? 
Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
