Unplanned Outage: Secure Printing – new Staff and Student ID cards only



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  Secure Printing – new Staff and Student ID cards only
When: 27th January 2016 – 10:30pm AEST

Description: Staff and Students who have been issued with a new IDCard since start of business Thursday 28th January will not be able to use this card to swipe and release a print job on any JCU printer. The service vendor is currently looking into the cause of this issue.

What do I need to do? Current staff and students who have had a new card issued can use the login screen on the printer to enter their JCU ID eg jc1234356 and the password associated with this account. Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
