Unplanned Outage: Printing and Scanning Townsville and Cairns

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students – Townsville & Cairns
Service Affected:  Printing and Scanning
When: 28th January 2016 – 6:00am AEST

Description: Any printing or scanning service that requires you to swipe your card at the printer will not be working, including staff-secure printing, student printing, scan to mail.  Direct printing to printer queues is still operational.

What do I need to do?  Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates and contact the IT Help Desk if you are experiencing any additional  issues and require assistance.
