Restored: Network Share Drives Unavailable

Who is Affected: All JCU Staff
Service Affected:  Network Share Drives
When: 13th January 2016 – 2:20pm AEST
ETA: 13th January 2016 – 4:00pm AEST

At 220pm today an event occurred where a number of network shares stopped functioning correctly. ITR are currently undertaking an investigation as to finding the root cause and are treating the restoration of services as a priority.

Update: As of approximately 4:00pm today network shares were restored.
