Restored: Avaya Voice Mail Services



Who is Affected: All JCU Staff with Voice Mail
Service Affected:  Avaya Voice Mail Services
When: 4th January 2016 – 11:30am AEST
ETA: 11:45am 5th January 2016

Description: The Avaya Voice Mail system is not operating as expected following the network outage, users are not able to leave or retrieve voice messages.  ICT are working with the vendor to correct the issue as soon as possible.

Update: As of approximately 11:45am today operational access to the Avaya Voice Mail system was achieved, testing has been carried out and all is back to normal.

What do I need to do?  Please contact the
IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
