Unplanned Outage: Avaya Voice Mail Services



Who is Affected: All JCU Staff with Voice Mail
Service Affected:  Avaya Voice Mail Services
When: 4th January 2016 – 11:30am AEST
ETA: TBA

Description: The Avaya Voice Mail system is not operating as expected following this morning’s network outage, users are not able to leave or retrieve voice messages.  ICT are working with the vendor to correct the issue as soon as possible, the timeframe for a resolution is not currently known.

What do I need to do?  Please monitor
