Resolved: Outage of all Corporate ICT Services

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  Corporate ICT Services
When: 21st December 2015 – 4:00pm AEST
ETA: 26th December 2015

Description: As a result of a problem with the JCU Storage Area Network (SAN), a number of corporate ICT Services have been unavailable since 4pm 21st Dec 2015.  

UPDATE:  JCU ICT staff, have been working over the Christmas break to resolve the issue.  Most critical systems are now working as expected and the full ICT outage planned for 28th Dec is no longer required.

What do I need to do?   ICT apologises for any inconvenience and if you are still experiencing any problems please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
