Restored - No network connectivity - Townsville



Who is Affected:  Network users in Building 95, Building 27 and all Residential Colleges
Service AffectedAll Network Services
When: 7th December 2015 – 8:00am AEST
Restored: 8th December 2015 – 6:00pm AEST

Description: Full Network connectivity has now been restored to all buildings listed above. ICT wold like to apologise for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused.

What do I need to do? Staff located in Buildings affected by this Outage should reboot their computers to ensure they pick up a new network address. If after performing this action you still do not have network connectivity then please
contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
