Resolved - Phone system Call Centre application - Townsville and Cairns

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students using Call Centre – Townsville and Cairns
Service Affected:
Phone system Call Centre application unavailable
When: 3rd December 2015 – 8:00am AEST
3rd December 2015 – 10:15am AEST

Description: An issue with the Call Centre phone application has occurred which prevents users logging in and receiving calls, this is affecting JCU Health, Student Enquiries and Helpdesk services. 
UPDATE: The problem with the Call Centre Application has been resolved, all test calls processed successfully.

What do I need to do? 
Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
