Resolved - Call Centre application affecting JCU Health, Student Enquiries and Helpdesk



Who is Affected: JCU Health, Student Enquiries and Helpdesk - Townsville and Cairns
Service Affected:  Phone system Call Centre application unavailable
When: 30th November 2015 – 8:00am AEST
ETA: 30th November 2015 – 11:42am AEST

Description: An issue with the Call Centre phone application has occurred which prevents users logging in and receiving calls, this is affecting JCU Health, Student Enquiries and Helpdesk services.  The issue was identified this morning and ITR staff are working with vendors to find a resolution.

UPDATE: The problem with the Call Centre Application has been resolved, all test calls processed successfully.

What do I need to do?
