Unplanned Outage - External Email

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  Email – External Addresses Blocked
When: 29th November 2015 – 3:00pm AEST
ETA: 30th November 2015 – 9:30am AEST

Description: At some time over the weekend external email sent to JCU accounts was blocked by Microsoft.  A temporary fix is in place and the issue is being investigated by the vendor.

What do I need to do? 
Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues and require further assistance.
