Resolved - HPC Cluster Access



Who is Affected: All JCU Researchers using HPC systems
Service Affected:  HPC Cluster
When: 19th November  2015 – 2:25pm AEST
ETA:  19th November  2015 – 5:20pm AEST

Description: At 2:25pm AEST 19th November 2015, an issue was identified with file shares on HPC cluster nodes, resulting in JCU researchers having difficulty accessing files on HPC. JCU IT staff are working to resolve the issue.

UPDATE: An SGI support engineer has provided assistance and the problem has now been resolved.

What do I need to do?   
Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are experiencing issues with HPC systems as a result of this outage.
