Restored - Network connectivity issues on Townsville and Cairns Campuses

Who is Affected: Townsville and Cairns Campuses
Service Affected:  Network Firewall
When: 5th November 2015 - 10:50am AEST
Restored: 5th November 2015 - 10:00pm AEST

Description: The emergency maintenance work performed on the JCU firewall last night was completed successfully. All network dependant services (Web, Email, Printing, Shares etc.) have now been fully restored. ICT apologises for any inconvenience that may have been caused by this outage.

What do I need to do? Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing any network related connectivity issues and require further assistance.
