Who is Affected: All JCU Staff and Students
Service Affected:  JCU Secure Web sites and LearnJCU
When: 1st November 2015 - 10:00am AEST
Restored: 2nd November 2015 – 8:00am AEST

Description: LearnJCU and Secure Web Services (eStudent, Contacts, Staff and Students Online etc.) have now been fully restored. ICT apologises for any inconvenience that may have been caused by this Outage.

What do I need to do? Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues with JCU Secure Web sites or LearnJCU and require further assistance.
