Unplanned Outage - LearnJCU, eStudent, Staff and Students Online unavailable

Service Affected:  JCU Secure Web sites and LearnJCU

Description: As an unforeseen issue resulting from the power supply upgrade happening in the ICT Data Centre in Building 2 (Townsville) today Secure Web services (eStudent, Contacts, Staff and Students Online etc.) and LearnJCU authentication is currently unavailable. ICT Staff are working to resolve the problem, a further bulletin will be released when more information becomes available.

What do I need to do? Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
