Restored - Blackboard Collaborate



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  Blackboard Collaborate
When: 21st October 2015 – 9:00am AEST
ETA: Restored 28th October 2015 – 4:30pm AEST

Description: Users of Blackboard Collaborate on Windows were experiencing multiple Java errors when entering Collaborate rooms. It was determined that these issues were caused by a network configuration implemented last Wednesday, and after further changes the issue was resolved.

What do I need to do? 
Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues with Blackboard Collaborate and require further assistance.
