Unplanned Outage - intermittent network issues



Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  Network
When: 1st October 2015 – 9:35am AEST
ETA: Unknown

Description: Intermittent network connectivity discovered which affected phone calls, videoconferencing services and internet connectivity. ICT Network Engineers have isolated cause and are currently working on a permanent solution.

What do I need to do? Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.
