Service Affected:  All Network Services
When: 15th September 2015 – 4:15pm AEST
ETA: 15th September 2015 – 6:30pm AEST

Description: An unexpected network outage occurred in Buildings 14,15,17,18,19,21,28,30,31,32,33,34 Townsville Campus as of 4:15pm Tuesday, 15th September 2015.  The issue was identified and resolved by 6:30pm Tuesday, 15th September 2015 AEST and all services have now been restored and are working as expected.

What do I need to do?  Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues as a result of this outage and require further assistance.  ICT apologises for any inconvenience caused by this outage.
