Restored - Printing issues on the Cairns Campus

Who is Affected: Staff and students trying to log into CopyPrint on the Cairns Campus

Description: Student CopyPrint Service and Staff Secure Printing Services have been fully restored on the Cairns Campus as at 5:04pm today. ICT staff monitoring the problem have observed both Students and Staff successfully releasing queued print jobs. The issue was related to an expired security certificate. ICT apologise for the delay in the restoration of these services. Follow up action is underway with the vendors to ensure that this problem does not occur again.

What do I need to do? Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues with printing on the Cairns Campus and require further assistance.
