Who is Affected: JCU Staff using the ArcGIS Software
Service Affected:  ArcGIS License Server

ETA: Restored

Description: New ArcGIS license servers have been deployed and ArcGIS licenses have been successfully installed on them.

What do I need to do? ICT apologises for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused and if you are still experiencing license related issues with your ArcGIS software then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
