Unplanned Outage Update - All Off Campus Network Services

Who is Affected: All JCU Staff and Students Australia wide
Service Affected:  All off campus network services
When: 11th June, 2015 – 11:30am AEST

Description: An AARNet major Border Router in NSW  has failed, resulting in intermittent connection issues to all off campus network services.  AARNet are working through an equipment failure.   All Australian connections should be restored.  International connections have a reduced capacity.
