Unplanned Outage - All Off Campus Network Services



Who is Affected: All JCU Staff and Students Australia wide
Service Affected:  All off campus network services
When: 11th June, 2015 – 11:30am AEST
ETA: TBA

Description: An AARNet major Border Router in NSW  has failed, resulting in intermittent connection issues to all off campus network services.  AARNet are aware of the issue and attending to the failure. 

What do I need to do? Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further information and status updates.
