Short Notice Update - Network Outage Building 1, Townsville



Who is Affected: JCU staff in Building 1, Townsville
Service Affected:  All network services
When: 4th June 2015 – 8:00am AEST
ETA: Services restored  4th  June, 2015 – 10:00am AEST

Description: Latent issues caused intermittent network and phone connectivity in Building 1 between 8:00am and 10:00am AEST, 4th June 2015.   These issues have been resolved and network services are working normally.

What do I need to do?   Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues as a result of this issue and require further assistance.
