Restored: ETA: 20th April 2015 – 7:00pm AEST

Description:  Microsoft Engineers have now identified the root cause of this issue and implemented a networking solution to restore service and avoid further interruptions.

What do I need to do? ICT apologises for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused and if you still experiencing problems accessing your JCU email account then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
