Unplanned Outage - Outlook & Outlook Web App (OWA) Intermittent Connectivity



Who is Affected: Some JCU staff and students
Service Affected:  Outlook & Outlook Web App (OWA)
When:  20th April 2015 – 8:15am AEST
ETA: TBA

Description:  An update has caused Outlook and Outlook Web App (OWA) to become unresponsive or have intermittent connectivity for some users.  Microsoft engineers are working to resolve the issue.

What do I need to do? Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for further updates.  ICT apologise for any inconvenience.
