Unplanned Outage - Buildings 300, 301 & 302 Townsville Campus

Who is Affected: All JCU staff and students in buildings 300, 301 & 302 Townsville Campus
Service Affected:  All Network Services
When: 10th March 2015 – 9:15am AEST
ETA:  Restored

Description: Buildings 300, 301 and 302 have experienced intermittent internet and local network access.  Networking staff have now resolved the issue.

What do I need to do? Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues as a result of this outage and require further assistance.
