Short Notice - Student Management, eStudent and eAcademic Outage



Who is Affected: All JCU Staff and students who use the Student Management application or eStudent and eAcademic websites
Service Affected:  Student Management, eStudent and eAcademic
When: 10th March 2015 – 5:45am AEST
ETA: 10th March 2015 – 7:00am AEST


Description: The Student Management database server needs to be restarted to resolve a processing issue.  Student Management, eStudent and eAcademic will be unavailable between 5:45am and 7:00am AEST March 10th, 2015.

What do I need to do?   Please monitor Central Computing Bulletins for any further updates and contact the IT Help Desk if you are still experiencing issues after 7:00am and require further assistance.
