Update - Network connection to Cairns



Who is Affected: All Staff and Students attempting to connect requiring access to network services to and from the Cairns Campus.
Service Affected:  Network connectivity to Cairns
When: 8th March 2015 – 10:00am AEST
Restored: Serviced expected to be restored 8th March 2015 – 2:00pm AEST

Description: ICT staff will be investigating the cause of the recent network outage on the Cairns Campus.   During this investigation, there is a chance network services may be interrupted.

What do I need to do? ICT apologises for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused and if you still experiencing network problems on the Cairns Campus after 2pm 8th March, then please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
