Restored - Network connection to Cairns is currently unavailable



Who is Affected: All Staff and Students attempting to connect requiring access to network services to and from the Cairns Campus.
Service Affected:  Network connectivity to Cairns
When: 5th March 2015 – 2:15pm AEST
Restored: 5th March 2015 – 3:22pm AEST

Description: ICT staff have restored network services on the Cairns Campus. The underlying cause of the outage is still being investigated and further work may need to be undertaken at a date and time to be advertised.

What do I need to do? ICT apologises for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused and if you still experiencing network problems on the Cairns Campus then please contact the IT Help Desk for further assistance.
